ABOUT ME
Born and raised in Christchurch, New Zealand, I moved to Wellington to pursue my studies in Clinical Psychology, where I attended Victoria University of Wellington. I have since spent a number of years working in New Zealand and the United Kingdom in the public and private sector. I currently provide face-to-face appointments for people in Christchurch, as well as online appointments for people throughout New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
I enjoy working with children, adolescents and adults, and strive to achieve optimal outcomes by using an open, honest and client-centred approach to therapy. I currently practice Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye-Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). I specialise in the treatment of grief and trauma.
