I am a Clinical Psychologist based in Christchurch, with over nine years of experience practicing both in New Zealand and internationally (UK). Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with individuals across diverse age groups, cultural backgrounds, and a wide range of mental health challenges. I specialise in supporting adolescents and adults, and I am committed to achieving the best possible outcomes through a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy, built on trust, openness, and collaboration.

My therapeutic modalities include Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which I tailor to meet each client’s unique needs.

I offer in-person consultations for those in Christchurch and online therapy sessions for individuals across New Zealand.
